The opportunity:

Our platform product team is looking for a seasoned Product Manager to help craft and implement the evolution of our Identity platform to continuously meet the growing ecosystem that we support. This is a high-impact responsibility that drives ease of implementation and technical foundation to empower our design, engineering, and product organizations to build industry leading experiences consistently and efficiently with security, performance and scale top of mind.

In this role you will have the opportunity to build on your strong experience in Platform Product Management for a cloud services platform and specifically your experience building Identity Management systems as it relates to cybersecurity to deliver on the strategy for Adobe’s global Identity Services platform used every day by all of Adobe’s installed base.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Sales, Product, Legal, and Customer Support teams to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, market validate and launch new product ideas and innovations.

  • Develop 9 – 18-month roadmap with the ability to focus on and prioritize key themes. Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis to clearly understand their needs and pain points.

  • Design and conduct research and market analysis to build a deeper understanding of customers.

  • Create business cases to be prioritized on the roadmap and collaborate with the engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to build business cases, requirements/services, and determine the best technical implementation method and schedule. Making thoughtful tradeoffs to balance quality, customer value, and schedule.

  • Manage cross-functional projects by providing project leadership and daily management throughout the project from inception to delivery.

  • Present business and product strategy to and influence decision making of concepts, business rationale and key findings to stakeholders and leadership.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree and/or an advanced degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent.

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on cybersecurity.

  • Well versed with cybersecurity concepts, inherent risks and mitigations needed to build a secure Identity platform.

  • Well versed in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies.

  • Demonstrated experience in or strong understanding of managing end to end product life cycles.

  • Strong understanding of the business impact of product to drive revenue and increase customer retention & satisfaction.

  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Deep customer empathy and curiosity

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management

  • Establishing success measures/product/feature KPIs, and regularly monitors and adjusts execution strategy to achieve.
