The Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Usersnap, you will define product vision and strategy, work with teams to deliver an innovative user experience, conduct customer research, and track key performance metrics. You'll focus on solving users' problems, creating a strong roadmap, and collaborating across the company to enhance product features.
Summary Generated by Built In

This role is part of our Usersnap team, one of our growing brands at saas.group.

Usersnap is the #1 customer feedback software for growing SaaS companies. Our B2B SaaS software is used by companies like Instacart, Dynatrace, Canva, ID.me and Microsoft worldwide.  Usersnap empowers product managers and other teams to connect directly with their customers to get insights, feature requests, bug reports, and product-market fit feedback. In a world full of analytics that tell you what happened, we tell you why: why this happened, why this problem, why this solution, why now. It’s a PM’s dream to build tools they would want to use, right?

Profile Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and ensuring the delivery of an innovative, cutting edge user experience and product-led growth solution to our customers. Our product is shaping the future of customer centricity and this role has a tremendous impact on how this future will look. This role requires interest and experience in all aspects of the product development life cycle - discover, delivery, and iteration. As the single Product Manager at the company, this role will be dynamic, with high demands on communication skills, fast paced decision, and technical understanding. Reporting directly to the CEO/CPO you will work hand in hand to define the future of our product.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Test strategic assumptions directly within our ICP (Product people like you!).
  • Develop a customer advisory board to bring us closer to our ICP and key accounts.
  • Evaluate our competitors with support from the growth marketing team.
  • Find and solve problems our users care about and tell us your story of impact.

Basically: real product work. 😎

Your responsibilities

  • Share your input continuously on our strategy, goal, and ICP so we can evolve with our market and context.
  • Independently conduct research and gather feedback (by using Usersnap) from customers to identify their pain points, needs and enrich them with data.
  • Develop with the CEO and leaders the now/next/later roadmap that aligns with our new strategy and objective (yes only one).
  • Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, data, marketing and customer success to ensure an effective delivery of product features and improvements.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to make informed decisions and improvements.
  • Work closely with product design to create user friendly, modern and visually appealing experiences for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong relationship with key stakeholders across the company including marketing, customer success and the leadership team.

What You bring to the table

  • You already delivered great products: You come with 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management backround. You owned and shipped products end to end already, ideally in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • You’re a problem solver: You want to find our gaps in visibility, experience, and impact and solve them. You want to find and prioritize the most important problems and under-served jobs to be done.
  • You’re a great explainer: You know how to tell us what the problem is, why it’s important to solve now, and the hypothesis you want to explore. Your updates are sharp, short,  and include data.
  • You’re experienced in discovery: Delivery is great, but solving the right problems is better. You know how to test things before you build them and want to build the tool to help you connect better on these things.
  • Your ops game is strong: You’re not afraid to do concise 1-pagers and short weekly updates on how the product/features perform.
  • You’re creative! You love a good how-might-we with design/eng/marketing/cs and other peers. Your ideas mesh well with our strategy, vision, and ICP.
  • You’ve got a growth mindset: We live, we learn, we grow, and we work together to find what we need.

What’s in it for You

  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like with flexible hours. Work/Life balance is important to us.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of flexibility to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
  • Flexible time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.
  • Transparency: We believe in being transparent when it comes to job expectations, career path opportunities, and salary ranges. Sharing is caring.

Usersnap is part of saas.group and we have a shared goal of succeeding together.
