We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s Product & Technology Team. Procore software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative, top-rated global platform. We’re a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design and data, security and business systems.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join Procore’s Asset Management team. This role will help lead the strategy and execution of launching and enhancing Procore’s Asset solutions for Owners. As a member of our Resource and Assets Management team, you will help define the future of our assets and other Owner-focused products, recommend roadmaps, and ship capabilities to everyone in construction on a global platform.

This position will be based in our Bangalore India office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
- Help develop and execute the product strategy for Procore’s Asset Management Solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including defining user stories, creating wireframes, and overseeing the development process.
- Monitor product performance and user engagement, using data-driven insights to inform future product decisions.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
What we’re looking for:
- A minimum of 5 years in product management for SaaS products and services
- Track record in product management for Construction and Engineering focused products.
- Strong customer focus through qualitative and quantitative measures
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with cross functional teams.
- Proven ability to collaborate well cross-functionally across organizational boundaries with Engineering, User Experience, Research, Product, Program Management, Sales, Marketing, IT, Compliance, Security, Legal, Business Development, and Support
- Strong problem-solving skills and productivity
