POSITION SUMMARY:

Indivior is seeking a passionate and collaborative commercial leader with a successful track record in product management. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for execution of product marketing efforts for SUBLOCADE across various channels, including direct-to-patient advertising initiatives, as well as healthcare provider offices, organized health systems and criminal justice settings.

The successful candidate will report to the Patient Marketing lead. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate across the brand team, including healthcare providers, business-to-business partners, and operations, as well as functions such as sales, market access, insights and analytics, and training. This role is visible and critical to the success of Indivior in the US.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Lead the design and execution of direct to patient marketing and other key brand initiatives, inclusive of leading content development and approval through promotional review committee.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives through campaign measurement and metrics development.  Enable quarterly business reviews with senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team and cross-functional partners and agencies to ensure seamless education and support to customers, with a patient-focused mindset.
  • Partner with sales and training to elevate field comprehension of customer insights, strategies, and pull-through of patient education resources deployed via field teams.
  • Identify and build optimal product marketing capabilities based on industry best practices and customer insights. Raise awareness of unmet needs and champion new patient-centric solutions to drive innovation.
  • Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion. Apply financial components of brand management, including return on investment.
  • Contribute to a strong culture aligned with our mission and guiding principles at Indivior.
  • Ensure a compliance focus to ensure that all promotional activities are fully compliant with company policies and legal and regulatory guidelines.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have an innovative, customer-oriented mindset while easily collaborating cross-functionally to achieve results in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Must have a demonstrated ability to set customer strategies and communicate with clarity into actionable and measurable plans. Excellent marketing and analytical skills are important, as is the ability to diagnose opportunities and orchestrate plans to address.
  • 5+ years of related experience in the pharma/biotech industry, preferably in addiction medicine/ behavioral health, with a proven, consistent history of high performance in brand marketing positions.
  • Product management experience in prior marketing role required.  Patient/consumer marketing expertise in specialty brands preferred in areas such as branded & unbranded content, digital, customer relationship management (CRM), and TV/video channels.
  • Experience developing customer strategies and campaigns.
  • Demonstrates strong team/project management experience, strong  communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working across functions and interacting with commercial management - demonstrates an ability to influence greater outcomes.
  • Strong team player with a patient-focus and customer service approach.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work individually, within a multi-disciplinary team, as well as with external partners and agencies.

  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Education: An undergraduate degree is required. An advanced degree in business, marketing, or life sciences is highly preferred.
