Job Description
Delta is seeking a Principal Product Manager (Telecom Infrastructure Solutions - Networking) to lead our efforts in this new and evolving area. This role is critical in ensuring our product offerings align with the latest industry standards while driving innovation and setting new benchmarks in the market. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, particularly within telecom infrastructure and ORAN scope, and will be instrumental in driving our strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Shape product strategies based on your knowledge and experience to address market needs and technological advancements.
- Technology Insights: Leverage your ORAN expertise to guide the development of our telecom infrastructure solutions and ensure they align with industry standards.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about key telecom operators and technology vendors to ensure our products meet industry standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with external and internal teams, particularly R&D & Business Development, to drive strategic innovation.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the lifecycle of telecom products from concept to market, applying your expertise to optimize performance and address issues.
- Industry Trends: Monitor telecom trends and provide insights to keep our products relevant and competitive.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 10+ years of experience in product management, with significant experience in telecom infrastructure solutions. Familiarity with ORAN technology is highly desirable.
- Educational Background: Engineering background preferred
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of telecom market dynamics and technology trends.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in German or another European language or Mandarin is a plus.
- Travel: Flexibility to travel as required.
