Join us on our journey as a Senior Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how money is spent worldwide. You will work in a team of bright-minded individuals looking after the development and expansion of TransferGo’s non-remittance product offerings. Here’s what you’ll be doing as Senior Product Manager:
- Owning TransferGo's non-remittance product offerings
- Collaborating with your engineering team to deliver products to market with the right balance of features, speed, and quality
- Partnering with compliance, customer support, engineering, and other teams to identify and implement solutions that bring business and customer value
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and pain points, shaping a business and growth strategy that aligns with company goals
- Being accountable for business value and success in TransferGo's non-remittance product offerings
- Leading a new launch as one of the first major projects
- Driving the growth of value-added product delivery, a key strategic focus for the company
- Working cross-functionally in a team of engineers, designers, and marketers to shape user-facing financial products
You’ll report to our Product Director, Justas Graužinis.
Here’s what we’d love from our new Senior Product Manager:
- Strong experience in product management, particularly in fintech, payments, foreign exchange, or banking
- Proven track record of launching and scaling non-remittance financial products
- Experience working end-to-end on product launches, including strategy, development, and go-to-market execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-level executives and senior leadership
- Ability to make data-driven decisions while balancing speed and quality in product development
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, customer support, and marketing teams
- Familiarity with cards, wallets, and IBAN-based financial products
- Strong user research skills to advocate for customer needs
And if you can also do this stuff, even better:
- Experience in card issuing and a strong understanding of payments infrastructure
- Familiarity with Notion, Jira, Miro, diagramming or wireframing tools
- Basic user research and interviewing skills to better understand customer needs
- Knowledge of business banking, payments, or digital wallet integrations
