Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Media & Entertainment team, focusing on Review capabilities within the Production Management & Platform organization. This role will report into the Director, PM for Production Management.
If you have a deep understanding of review workflows and technology, coupled with the ability to represent the voice of customers in devising and executing product strategies, this is the opportunity for you. In this role, you will meet with customers and our partners regularly to inform and validate our product strategy and roadmap. You will also lead and collaborate closely with internal teams to inform and deliver on a product roadmap that prioritizes the most impactful review workflows and solutions.
We are open to remote candidates based in Canada.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will take the lead in three critical areas:
Drive Roadmaps: Define and lead the roadmap for Review capabilities across Flow Production Tracking, RV, and other tools. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure seamless integration of review capabilities across all tools. Customer Advocacy: Represent Autodesk externally, championing the voice of the customer and their needs.
Responsibilities

Customer-Centric Leadership: Act as the customer-facing leader to learn, document, and advocate for customer needs, ensuring they drive our product direction

Roadmap Ownership: Develop and manage a clear and actionable product roadmap, prioritizing workflows and enhancements while managing risks and dependencies

Problem-Solving: Translate customer needs and problem statements into actionable story maps and solutions to guide development priorities

Collaborative Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Scrum Masters, UX Designers, and Developers, to execute the product vision effectively

Continuous Discovery: Conduct ongoing customer discovery and validation to inform iterative development and maximize impact

Strategic Thinking: Balance big-picture vision with day-to-day execution, ensuring progress aligns with long-term goals

Risk Management: Work closely with leadership and teams to manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs

Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date with competitive tools, emerging technologies, and industry trends to guide innovation and maintain competitive knowledge
Minimum Qualifications

Industry Expertise: 7–10+ years of experience in product management or similar roles within the Media & Entertainment industry

Deep Domain Knowledge: Expertise in review workflows and technology, with a strong point of view on customer pain points and solutions related to review

Tool Familiarity: Proficiency with Autodesk Production Management tools, Autodesk Review tools, and competitive solutions used in VFX, Animation, or Game pipelines

Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to collaborate across teams and organizations to deliver integrated solutions

Strategic Decision-Making: Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, make difficult trade-offs, and prioritize effectively

Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, capable of engaging both executive stakeholders and external customers

Simplifying Complexity: Adept at breaking down complex ideas into concise, impactful insights for diverse audiences

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $119,600 and $164,450. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
