SAP LeanIX is seeking a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) to take care of the reports of SAP LeanIX' offering. You will join an established team consisting of engineers, an engineering manager and a UX designer to manage dependencies to other tribes and teams and their requests about reports as well as speak with key stakeholders within SAP LeanIX as well as our customers about the strategy of reports and the evolving functionality. We will provide you with a unique chance to join the market-leading product and take ownership to bring it to the next stage. You will be the acknowledged expert for our reports and presentations features and ideally become the enterprise architecture expert in the team.

You work closely with customers to deeply understand their needs for reports and the insights they are looking for, incorporating their feedback into our process. You engage in discussions on the evolving landscape of business transformation and enterprise architecture

You will be in close exchange with product leadership to align your work with the product vision - and to challenge and influence the overall product strategy

You work directly with product marketing and sales - understand the market and competition, and influence how our product is positioned and perceived

You will be responsible for the team’s backlog and roadmap - the topics the team is working on, and in which order

Together with your team, you have full responsibility from product discovery through delivery to customer value
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS environment of at least 3 years
-
Proven work experience with a UX team (including prototyping, usability testing, etc.)

High proficiency in product discovery (Analytics, Market Research, Customer needs, etc.)

Capable of working with and directing an agile engineering team

A background, experience or knowledge of enterprise architecture is helpful but not mandatory

High motivation to engage with customers to understand existing processes as well as future needs to shape the architecture decisions domain

Fluent English is mandatory
