Compensation: Our target hiring range is $119,000 - $140,000 plus participation in our Annual Bonus Program with eligibility for $12,000 bonus. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills.

This role’s mission & overview:

As a Senior Product Manager, Platform at Campminder you will have passion for and proven abilities to envision, discover, design, and develop scalable and re-usable platform capabilities and experiences that can be consumed in products and experiences for Camp Directors, Camp Staff, and Parents. You will operate in an environment that requires excellent problem-solving skills and exceptional team collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills. You will focus on applying creative and data-driven approaches to any challenge, leveraging stakeholder input, your team’s input, and our business and strategic context to identify paths and choose the best direction. You will be in constant collaboration with leadership, stakeholders, engineering, customers, and internal functional stakeholders across sales, support, success, marketing, and leadership.

This Senior Product Manager position will be focused on guiding our enabling platform efforts, including Authentication, Authorization, Platform Scaling, Platform Modernization, and Platform Health.

As a Senior Product Manager on our Product team, you will:

  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to uncover and understand their needs from the platform
  • Partner with Senior Leadership to align product vision and strategy with company goals
  • Collaborate with Engineering and UX to explore, design, build, and optimize platform features that drive our strategy
  • Empower GTM teams to effectively market, position, sell, and support your product areas
  • Live our core value of "Own It" by taking on any role necessary to achieve a successful product

  • Technical prowess - your role is not to code, but you should be able to understand understand APIs, code, and architecture well enough to break down and execute technical work

  • Experience articulating goals and measuring your success
  • Appreciation for well-designed solutions that solve customer problems

  1. 45 min - interview with People & Culture
  2. 60 min - interview with Hiring Manager
  3. 45 min - presentation and 60 min - discussion with future colleagues on the Technology team
  4. 60 min - interview with Dan Konigsberg (CEO/Founder)
