We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Platform Product Manager with a deep understanding of platform products and diverse user needs to drive customer success within the product. You will lead the development and optimization of platform features and core functionalities that provide clear value and ensure a seamless user experience. There is no typical day in this role, but tomorrow might look like this:

  • Join the daily scrum to review progress, remove blockers, and align with the team on next steps.
  • Prioritize tasks and product requests, then collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements.
  • Participate in feature testing, identifying bugs and suggesting improvements for the upcoming release.
  • Update the quarterly plan to communicate progress and align with the product vision.
  • Work with the Product and Engineering Directors to refine the product roadmap and prioritize the backlog for maximum impact.
  • Block off focus time to stay deeply informed on customer needs and how competitors address them, using this knowledge to recommend new capabilities and improvements that keep our product ahead of the market.

What we’re looking for: 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Deeply customer-focused and passionate about delivering solutions that address their needs
  • Exceptional communication skills, able to educate and guide various teams
  • Strong experience with technology platforms and enterprise software solutions
  • Ability to balance business priorities and resources to enhance time to value
