We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Mobile to join our team for this hybrid opportunity working out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Mobile product team. This role focuses on strategic product innovations that help our customers realize the total ROI with the mobile solution by enabling customers to deploy more features and capabilities, faster. The position requires a technical understanding of enterprise software, software-as-a-service, customer IT environments, and rapidly evolving security and mobile technologies. The ideal candidate will have an established track record of successfully growing new and existing products.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as product leader to define and deliver Imprivata's Mobile solutions to improve the speed and scale of deployments.
  • Prioritize product features to meet market and business goals.
  • Articulate customer and market requirements into product requirements with the data to defend the business case for each of them.
  • Drive design activities that include rapid prototyping and feedback cycles.
  • Coordinate cross-functional team activities during the product release cycle.
  • Support Sales, services and marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery of value to our customers.
  • Work with Product Management team to prioritize work for development teams
  • Develop backlog structure in alignment with team vision, strategy and goals.
  • Write and refine epics, features and stories that comprise the team backlog.
  • Lead sprint planning with Scrum Master - provide content, goals, etc.
  • Contribute to release planning with Scrum Master(facilitates) - provide content, goals, etc.
  • Attend all Scrum ceremonies including daily scrum (stand up), sprint planning, sprint review, sprint retrospective and backlog grooming (as schedule allows). Define the Acceptance Criteria for each story.
  • Provide the team timely feedback throughout the sprint on fitness for the purpose of work in progress.
  • Other duties as assigned and required


Qualifications

  • University degree in technology, science or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Business analyst/Product owner
  • 3-4 years of experience in software projects roles
  • 3-5 years of experience working with an engineering-centric SaaS team, strategic and operational experiences a plus
  • Understanding of Mobile devices (iOS, Android), Mobile Device Management tools (Intune, AirWatch, Jamf etc)
  • Experience with Healthcare domain
  • Experience working in an enterprise environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis and optimization
  • Strong attention to details, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product
  • Good understanding of UX and design
  • Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering and solutions assessment
  • Understanding and ability to identify the customer need
  • Communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with Developers, QA and other Stakeholders
  • Good interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Travel up to 25%


This position offers a salary range of $163,000.00.00 to $173,000.00 (inclusive of variable compensation such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here . This salary range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
