Senior/ Product Manager (m/f/x)

What's the role?
Team:
We are looking for a Senior/ Product Manager to join the HERE SDK team.
The HERE SDK team is responsible for managing the portfolio of products and services used in navigation software platforms. The scope covers all related products in HERE's portfolio, focusing on defining and delivering native SDK platform requirements for automotive and mobile applications. The team collaborates with various stakeholders to capture market needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Responsibilities:

• Communicate with automotive and mobile product managers to define native SDK platform requirements.
• Collect high-level business requirements from Product Management in a collaborative manner.
• Create an execution plan that balances priorities, cost, schedule, and tradeoffs, in collaboration with the Product Manager.
• Identify and escalate risks and issues.
• Work with the team to deliver a product that is stable, scalable, reliable, and performant.
• Operate the production product and ensure its continuous improvement.
• Gather inputs for the technical roadmap aligned with growth strategies.

Who are you?
Qualification and experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management in Agile software development.
• Demonstrated success in managing all aspects of the product lifecycle, from ideation to successful market delivery.
• Proven ability to navigate between high-level product strategy and addressing individual customer needs effectively.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet objectives and deliver projects under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Good to have:

• Knowledgeable of HERE Products
• Bonus: Experienced with automotive or geospatial markets
• Bonus: Strong SDK development experience.
