What's the role?
As part of the Dedicated Segment team, you will focus on Commercial Vehicles, 2Wheeler and Automotive software business in Europe. You will consult and guide our customers on their journey for new mobility-, fleet- and logistics- services powered by the HERE platform technology. Our goal is to always provide the best customer experience underpinned by the freshest data and newest technology.
Having a strong relationship in the automotive market, we are looking for an individual to extend our long-term success story and grow our EMEA Automotive outside of the current perimeter. The shift from content to platform and software defined vehicles is underway and changes the way we need to work constantly.
To exceed in the role you coordinate internal and external resources to achieve success, develop strong and influential relationships with senior OEM leaders, and facilitate broad and deep team relationships across all levels with your customers.
Who are you?
Most likely you will recognize yourself in the following profile.

  • You have a proven track record of identifying, negotiating and closing large-scale deals in the Automotive industry.
  • Having an active network in the Automotive industry
  • An ability to create your own growth vision and execute accordingly.
  • Solid experience in areas such as in-vehicle infotainment, ADAS, fleet management and platform sales.
  • You are an active listener with a commercial mindset and eager to learn.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer & partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated experience of cross-boundary collaboration.
  • You are getting things done and have a hands-on mentality.


Responsibilities:

  • Winning new customers within the segments of Commercial Vehicles, Software and 2 Wheelers in EMEA. Prospect and develop new business opportunities, creating innovative proposals and delivering excellent sales presentations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor at senior levels for your customers on all matters concerning Location Intelligence.
  • Exceed revenue and booking goals and integrate/implement new growth technologies and strategies. A lot of focus will be on new accounts and opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal HERE teams to support the development and global implementation of best practices within our segments with a certain responsibility to lead the 2W GTM in EMEA
  • Interface closely with various support teams, sales leadership teams, and HERE product teams to provide credible and sustainable solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in global account management, including new brand sales outside the lead account.
  • Experience dealing with global automotive customers and managing interactions within an international environment.
  • Demonstrable record of outstanding achievement in sales at key account management levels.
  • Deep experience with location service applications such as IVI and AD/ADAS and fleet management within the automotive industry.
