The team you’ll work with:

This role will report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at Qloo and will be the first Product Manager hired at Qloo. The Senior Product Manager - SaaS – will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to lead efforts towards further developing Insights by Qloo™. In addition, this role will interface with external partners and customers to ensure that Qloo's product aligns with market needs, vertical use cases, and customer expectations.


The impact you’ll have:

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product forward and helping build the product roadmap for Insights by Qloo. Your role will involve continuously expanding Qloo’s understanding of users’ needs, defining clear product goals, developing and communicating roadmaps, and working cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions that use Qloo’s unique data assets and AI. You will influence the growth of Qloo’s new product offering within a cutting-edge company at the intersection of data, technology, and consumer insights.

Our ideal candidate will immediately provide value by:

  • Partnering with the CPO across the full product lifecycle for Insights by Qloo
  • Working across ideation to launch and iteration of new feature development
  • Communicating product vision and progress to internal teams and executive leadership
  • Translating Qloo’s complex data into actionable insights that meet customer needs
  • Conduct ongoing research directly with target users and via market feedback from Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Prioritizing and managing a product backlog that aligns with business objectives and stakeholder requirements
  • Collaborating with engineering to ensure data accuracy and relevance
  • Working closely with our Chief Design Officer to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces
  • Conducting customer research and competitor analysis to inform product strategy
  • Ensuring timely delivery of projects and managing any risks or impediments

To be a successful match you must have:

  • Proven experience (7+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably in data-driven products or insights 
  • B2B SaaS product experience is a must
  • Working experience with data visualization products is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Experience with user research and usability testing
  • A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the consumer insights landscape
