The CRM Product: Land & Ownership

The CRM product operates as a startup entity within our company. With a team of over 50 individuals spanning product, R&D, design, analysts, marketing, product marketing, content creation, and even video editing, we possess all the necessary resources to build an exceptional organization and drive rapid growth for the company.

Launched in May 2022, our CRM product has seen exceptional growth. With over 18K paying accounts and 22X ARR growth compared to monday.com main product, this is one of the fastest-growing CRM in the world - even though, CRM is the biggest most competitive SaaS industry and the potential ahead is vast.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who will be up to the challenge of taking our CRM product to new heights. You’ll own a team inside the CRM group, define its roadmap, strategy and drive execution . At monday.com we work in an “empowered” team model, which means you will have extreme ownership on the entire product development cycle. About The Role:

  • Lead a cross functional agile team of engineering, design and product analytics within the CRM group
  • Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products that customers need and love, and drive measurable impact.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pain points and how monday sales CRM can meet their needs
  • Collect and analyze a wide range of inputs to identify the biggest opportunities for impactful improvements.
  • Evaluate solutions through qualitative methods such as user interviews, usability tests, surveys, and data analysis.
  • Understand the market, competition, and champion our users to craft effective product strategies.
  • Motivate and inspire a team of talented individuals who are passionate about making a difference.

Requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of driving outsize impact on customers and the business
  • You have previous experience leading B2B SaaS products 
  • You are analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to gain insights and drive product decisions. 
  • You have previous experience conducting user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
  • You are passionate about building great user experiences, and you have a keen eye for details, UX, and design
  • You are a strong collaborator, being able to partner with others in the team and across the org to achieve your goals
  • You are a self-starter who is a fast learner, adaptive, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • You have strong communication skills and have the ability to thoroughly explain the rationale of product decisions
