Commerce Hub is HubSpot’s newest hub and growing quickly. In 2024, our customers have sent billions of dollars of bills to their customers, and we have already collected over a billion dollars of payments on their behalf. Businesses are consolidating their tech stack onto HubSpot, and they expect HubSpot to offer them the quoting, billing, and payment capabilities they need to streamline their revenue generation process.

However, quoting, billing, and payment collection is complicated. Small business owners wear many hats and many struggle with the complexities of navigating invoicing, recurring billing, chasing late payments, payment method tradeoffs, accounting integrations, etc. It’s overwhelming. 

As a Senior Product Manager in Commerce Growth, you will help users discover what Commerce Hub’s tools have to offer them and use product-led growth to help them learn and create value for their business. Product Managers at HubSpot operate in embedded product models and succeed by collaborating with partners across Engineering, Design, Research, and Analytics to make the most impactful decisions to delight our users. We’re looking for an experienced product manager for this role..

What We're Looking For

  • An experienced Growth product manager who is looking to shape vision for an early-stage team
  • Experience in the full cycle process of building and launching a software product, that is inclusive of product ideation, research, build, implementation, success tracking, and iteration
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design / User Experience, and integrating those partnerships into impactful product 
  • Fluency with Growth frameworks for driving adoption, retention, and monetization in B2B SaaS products for small businesses
  • A strong point of view on the “right” way to execute PLG and design a Growth org
  • A strong cross-team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Strategic thinking combined with curiosity and the ability to influence teams at all levels and functions of the org
  • Be driven by proven results and success metrics / growth minded
  • A desire to move quickly and grow in a fast-paced environment, a bias for action and running toward fires 

What you will be doing

  • Owning the vision and roadmap for Commerce Hub’s onboarding team, which guides users to understand our tools, adopt them successfully, and create value for their business
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including other Growth teams, product teams inside Commerce Hub, Product Operations, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and more.
  • Analyze and monitor qualitative and quantitative customer data to develop world-class experiences that customers love using 
  • Presenting findings and preparing strategy recommendations to executive stakeholders

Cash compensation range: 158100-253000 USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
