What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and execution of our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) and Core Banking platform. In this role, you will craft seamless, scalable, and efficient banking and payment experiences that empower our customers. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of BaaS, coupled with strong technical and commercial expertise in fintech, and a track record of driving impactful product strategies. You will engage with a diverse audience—from software developers to fintech executives—requiring the ability to fluidly shift between technical details and high-level strategic discussions.

Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for BaaS and Core Banking, ensuring alignment with business and partner needs.
- Own and enhance critical banking capabilities, including accounts, transactions, deposit sweeps, posting, and reporting functionalities.
- Develop and manage API endpoints, webhooks, and developer-facing documentation to improve integration efficiency for partner developers.
- Drive platform modernization efforts, including high-throughput core enhancements, platform redesign, and self-service reporting.
- Collaborate with CRB Operations, Partner Product Managers, Treasury, and Operations teams to deliver seamless banking experiences.
- Partner with design teams to refine customer and partner-facing user flows, ensuring a frictionless experience.
- Work closely with engineering to manage ongoing maintenance, system upgrades, and batch reporting improvements.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring alignment on product priorities and execution timelines.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in financial services, fintech, or technology, with a focus on BaaS, Core Banking, or Payments.
- Strong understanding of banking infrastructure, including deposit account management, transactions, ledgering, and compliance-related reporting.
- Experience working with APIs, developer portals, and partner integrations to drive seamless adoption of banking capabilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, including partner developers, operations teams, and treasury functions.
- Expertise in managing complex product roadmaps, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and product optimization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in designing and implementing self-service reporting tools and developer-first experiences.
- Familiarity with open banking, API-based financial services, and core banking systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting requirements (e.g., 1099s, overdraft policies, statements).
- Passion for building financial infrastructure that enables fintech innovation and enhances financial inclusion.

Salary Range: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00
