The Position

Product is a central and pivotal role at Arteria AI. Product leads the direction for the firm taking into consideration our client’s needs and our own aspirations to chart the path forward and create a roadmap for our designers and engineers.

As a Senior Product Manager at Arteria AI, you will play an active role in expanding our enterprise SaaS platform for digital contracting. 

Our ideal candidate is an individual contributor who has a product focused mindset, loves developing elegant solutions to complex enterprise problems, marshals resources from across the org to build those solutions, and is driven to deliver impact for our customers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary driver for identifying market needs, driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps in the context of broader organizational strategies and goals.

  • You will be the customer’s and user’s champion and advise on the best practises and solutions to meet customer and user goals while pushing forward the product's strategic goals.

  • You will integrate research, market analysis, and usage metrics into product requirements to enhance customer and user satisfaction.

  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.) to the successful end-to-end delivery of a solution.

  • Author and up-keep source of truth documents for product direction, feature build and requirements and get buy-in across the organizaitons.

 

What You Bring:

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager with the following experience: 

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years of that in a Product role in enterprise SaaS. Bank, fintech, or legal experience is a big plus.

  • B2B environments is a plus

  • Product Process: Familiar with product related documents and artifacts and authoring / management of these sources of truth.

  • Product Tools: Familiar with key PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Product Discovery, Figma, Miro and similar.

  • Customer-first: Know our customers, empathize with our users, and build for the market.

  • Product Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of market trends, user needs, and the competitive landscape to drive Arteria’s strategic direction.

  • Development: Lead the E2E product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments, including data science, development, and professional services, to ensure seamless product integration and go-to-market strategies.

  • Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products within scope.
