ROLE OVERVIEW 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our AI product roadmap. You will collaborate closely with other senior members of the product team, as well as engineering, data science, design, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch AI-driven features that improve efficiency, accuracy, and automation in language technology.  You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, tracking industry trends, and ensuring that our AI solutions align with business goals and market opportunities. 

This role will contribute to AI strategy and execution across two existing products—Boostlingo Events and AI Pro—as well as collaborating on an internal AI initiative that drives innovation across the company. The Senior Product Manager will ensure these products leverage AI to enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and industry differentiation while aligning with broader company objectives. 

This role requires effective collaboration across global teams, including key stakeholders and developers in the EU. While standard working hours remain flexible, the ability to coordinate across multiple time zones and ensure smooth communication with international teams is essential for success. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Define and execute the AI product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs. 
• Drive AI initiatives from concept to customer adoption, ensuring seamless delivery, onboarding, and measurable impact. 
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities for AI innovation in the language industry. 
• Work cross-functionally with engineering and data science teams to design, build, and launch AI-driven features and products. 
• Develop business cases and define success metrics for AI initiatives. 
• Own the product backlog, write clear product requirements, and prioritize features based on impact, feasibility, and business value. 
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to craft messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for AI offerings. 
• Stay up to date with advancements in AI/ML, natural language processing (NLP), and language technology trends. 
• Act as a thought leader internally and externally on the application of AI in the language industry. 
• Evaluate and improve the user experience (UX) of AI-driven features, identifying usability challenges and ensuring intuitive design. 
• Quickly ramp up on existing AI initiatives and integrate seamlessly into Boostlingo’s product development process. Leverage available resources, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and proactively drive impact while aligning with established workflows and best practices. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML-driven products. 
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, and LLMs. 
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and prompt engineering for LLMs. 
• Experience working with AI model lifecycle management, including training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment. 
• Proven experience taking AI/ML-driven products from ideation to market launch, including user onboarding, adoption tracking, and iterative improvements based on customer feedback. 
• Familiarity with AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI principles. 
• Experience in the language technology industry (e.g., translation, localization, speech recognition) is a plus. 
• Experience in UI/UX design principles, with the ability to assess and improve user interfaces.  
• Hands-on experience working with designers or independently driving UX improvements in a product-led environment is preferred. 
• Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in fast-moving environments. Ability to navigate complex projects, synthesize information efficiently, and deliver results with minimal onboarding time, while leveraging Boostlingo’s well-established product processes. 
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product development from ideation to launch. 
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product development best practices. 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Linguistics, Business) is preferred.
