Adobe GenStudio is a generative AI-first product that lets marketing teams quickly plan, build, manage, activate and measure on-brand content. It allows any team member to quickly find and generate assets, create variations, and optimize experiences based on real-time content performance insights. It’s built for small businesses to large enterprises and designed to be used by marketers or agencies. With GenStudio, it’s never been easier to deliver high-value experiences to your customers.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate closely with customers to gain deep insights into their customers' experiences, enabling them to analyze content performance for maximum personalization and optimization. Identify and clearly articulate customers' primary use cases and challenges.
  • Collaborate heavily with teams in the US and Romania to create and drive a strategy to tackle customer problems related to content analysis. Work closely with other product managers, engineering managers, and business leaders to lead cross-organization projects. These teams will often have different perspectives, motivations, and objectives.
  • Define the roadmap and create a detailed execution plan in conjunction with engineering and design counterparts; ensure acceptance from stakeholders on the targets
  • Deliver the roadmap providing guidance and support to the design and engineering teams; provide feedback and critique of the design with an eye for elegance, simplification and intuitive usage. Empower engineers to prioritize and actively prune feature development and system optimization tasks.
  • Train sales, support and consulting teams to sell, troubleshoot and demonstrate new software. Develop documentation and academy content to support user education and knowledge of the feature. Clearly communicate the value of new features for product marketing teams.
  • Bring data, strategic insight, and context into product proposals to influence team members and build consensus for key decisions. Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that engage both internal and external audiences.
  • Stay up to date with the competitive landscape, maintaining an excellent understanding of where your product sits in the market and what are the competitors.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • 5+ years experience as a formal Product Manager.
  • Comfortable with tools of software development: Jira, Atlassian, Forrester, Qualtrics, Github, Goldmine (or equivalents).
  • Experience in identifying new product opportunities and driving them to completion.
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize and react to changing market dynamics. Knowing the sweet spot between “getting it done” and building a balanced product.
  • Capable of making sound decisions with incomplete or imperfect data; proven track record of assessing tradeoffs, thoughtfully prioritizing initiatives, and maintaining a bias for action.
  • Technical enough. You work with engineers to understand how our data is modeled and how it flows through our system, and can influence the technical strategy using business outcomes.
  • Data-driven problem solver. You build a hypothesis and test it with data.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Highly collaborative working style.

Bonus

  • Knowledgeable with marketing ecosystem and flows
