Job Description
As a Senior Product Leader HR, you are responsible for the life-cycle management of a strategically significant, cross-functional internal People Development product portfolio. This involves managing and overseeing all actions from introduction to phase-out within the product life cycle. Additionally, you handle cross-team communication and cooperation with all stakeholders, including international ones.
- You oversee the further development of the internal product portfolio and present and discuss it at the top management level by using data insights and user feedback, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Leverage analytics and usage data to prioritize features and optimize product performance.
- You collaborate with engineering to deliver intuitive, scalable digital solutions.
- You plan and coordinate product launches and develop a corresponding roadmap and communication strategy.
- You ensure quality and cost-effectiveness as well as the commercial optimization of the product portfolio you are responsible for.
- You lead complex and multinational strategic projects.
- You negotiate with external vendors and internal stakeholders (e.g.Workers Council) and ensure compliance
- You steer cross-team communications and cooperation with all stakeholders, also internationally and up to Top Management level
Qualifications
You have a completed university degree with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resources, (IT) Computer Science, Design / User Experience or a comparable qualification and already have minimum 5 years of professional experience in the field of product management.
Furthermore, you distinguish yourself through the following knowledge and skills:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within HR tech or digital product environments
- Outstanding knowledge of product life cycle management and product portfolio steering incl. negotiations (with social partner and data privacy)
- Customer obsession with end-to-end ownership for user experience paired with the highest level of entrepreneurship with a track record of delivering user-centric digital solutions.
- Excellent analytical thinking with a data driven mindset and a high implementation capability
- Excellent experience in leading strategic/cross-functional projects in international teams
- Excellent experience in classical and agile forms of cooperation
- Excellent stakeholder management, assertiveness and storytelling skills up to top management
- Excellent IT project management skills to translate business requirements into functionalities, understanding of global IT platforms & interfaces incl. provider steering
- Familiarity with current trends and emerging technologies in HR tech, learning platforms, or employee engagement tools.
- Fluent in English language, German is an advantage
- You are flexible for business travels
