Our Custom Silicon Group (CSG) delivers industry-leading ASICs using spec-to-silicon expertise combined with our advanced design methodologies on leading-edge 3nm, 5nm, 7nm and 12nm foundry processes and 2.5D packaging technology to enable exciting new designs for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Hyperscale Data Centers, Storage, Data Networking, and High-Performance Computing (HPC). With our end-to-end expertise spanning design to manufacturing of domain-optimized SOCs, we are uniquely positioned to deliver high-quality custom silicon in advanced nodes down to 3nm.

Sr Product Engineer

Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, the Product Engineer is responsible for developing a New Product Introduction (NPI) plan after reviewing all technical information/documentation from the customer to establish all necessary processes for manufacturing.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.

  • 5 years of experience at a company multitasking on NPI, Device qualification, failure analysis and yield enhancement.

  • Project management skills should be project execution oriented (responsible for schedule, setting milestones, cost)

  • Experience in fabrication processes, Automatic Test Equipment, data analytics and quality/reliability is a plus

  • Multitasking (NPI, Product transfer overseas, qualification, failure analysis, yield enhancement)

  • C, C++, Java or Python is desired

Salary and Benefits

We offer great compensation packages, including a salary that aligns with each candidate's skills and experience. Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $120,000 to $155,000 annually, with the exact compensation within this range to be determined based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience and location.
