JOB DUTIES: LEAD AND SHIP THE EARLY ACCESS PROGRAM (EAP) EXPERIENCE THROUGH A SET OF BRAND NEW PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES FOR ENTERPRISE AGILITY DEMONSTRATING PROFICIENCY IN FIGMA, ADOBE CLOUD SUITE, ACCESSIBILITY PRACTICES AND KNOWLEDGE OF WCAG GUIDELINES, AND COMPANY TOOLS. CRAFT COMPLEX EXPERIENCES, INTERACTIONS AND SOLUTIONS THAT IMPROVE THE PRODUCT EXPERIENCE FOR ENTERPRISE CUSTOMERS APPLYING FAMILIARITY WITH AGILE METHODOLOGIES (SAFE, DISCIPLINED AGILE DELIVERY (DAD}, LARGE-SCALE SCRUM (LESS), SCRUM@SCALE, SPOTIFY, LEAN STARTUP, AGILE AS SCALE; SCRUM; KANBAN; LEAN, OBJECTIVES AND KEY RESULTS GOAL SETTING FRAMEWORK (OKRS), LEAN PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT AND VALUE STREAM PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT). DRIVE USER ADOPTION-FROM CONCEPT ALL THE WAY THROUGH IMPLEMENTATION. DRIVE ALL COMPONENTS OF THE DESIGN PROCESS; INCLUDING USER EXPERIENCE, USER INTERFACE, VISUAL DESIGN, CUSTOMER RESEARCH, IDEATION, PROTOTYPING, CONCEPTUAL MODELLING, TESTING AND VALIDATION. DESIGN THE FOUNDATION OF A NEW PRODUCT FROM SCRATCH, ENSURING SHIPPING THOUGHTFUL, HIGH-QUALITY FEATURES AND EXPERIENCES. CONDUCT BOTH GENERATIVE AND EVALUATIVE RESEARCH BY REGULARLY MEETING AND INTERVIEWING POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, AND TRANSLATING THEIR FEEDBACK INTO ACTIONABLE DESIGN INPUTS, DEMONSTRATING STRONG STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT AND STORYTELLING SKILLS. PRODUCE AND CONTINUOUSLY ITERATE ON USER FLOWS, HIGH-FIDELITY VISUALS, PROTOTYPES IN A CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION ENVIRONMENT TO VALIDATE ASSUMPTIONS AND GOALS. CHAMPION STANDARDS AND OPTIMAL DESIGN PRACTICES ADHERING TO ATLASSIAN'S DESIGN SYSTEM. DRIVE ALIGNMENT ACROSS MULTIPLE TEAMS FOR EAP FAST-FOLLOWS UPWARDS AND HORIZONTALLY BY PRODUCING VISUAL, AUDIOVISUAL, AND WRITTEN ASSETS AND PROTOTYPES, AS WELL AS RELATED MARKETING MATERIALS. CRAFT COMPELLING UX COPY AND CONTENT THAT APPEALS TO CONSUMERS IN THE ENTERPRISE AGILITY DEPARTMENT AND ENSURE IT IS CURRENT WITH INDUSTRY STANDARDS. REPRESENT DESIGN AND COLLABORATE WITH A CROSS CRAFT TEAM; SUCH AS OTHER DESIGNERS, ENGINEERS, PRODUCT MANAGERS, CONTENT DESIGNERS, RESEARCHERS, ACCOUNT MANAGERS, MARKETING EXPERTS, AND ANALYSTS.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: BACHELOR'S DEGREE* IN DESIGN, PRODUCT DESIGN, VISUAL/GRAPHIC DESIGN, HUMAN COMPUTER INTERACTION, VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS, COMMUNICATIONS, OR A RELATED FIELD. *WILL ACCEPT 3-YEAR OR 4-YEAR BACHELOR'S DEGREE.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PRODUCT OR UX DESIGN, INCLUDING 3 YEARS' EXPERIENCE WORKING AS PRODUCT, VISUAL, OR UX DESIGNER, USING FIGMA OR ALTERNATIVE DESIGN TOOLS, SUCH AS SKETCH, ADOBE CLOUD SUITE, OR LNVISION, CONDUCTING/APPLYING KNOWLEDGE OF UX RESEARCH, AND CREATING PROTOTYPES, 2 YEARS' EXPERIENCE IN B2B, AND 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN COPYWRITING, FINTECH (FINANCIAL TECHNOLOGY SECTOR) AND EXPERIENCE WITH ACCESSIBLE UI COMPONENT LIBRARIES.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: MUST PASS TECHNICAL INTERVIEW.
OFFERED WAGE: $160,300 TO $213,700 PER YEAR
