Role Overview

Enterpret is the operating system for customer-centricity. As products scale, managing customer feedback and building in step with them can get hard. We are building tools that empower product teams to consolidate customer feedback, derive actionable insights and drive product strategy.
We are solving complex problems in NLP, ML-Ops, analytics, and data visualization, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can champion the user experience that binds them all together.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep a pulse on key journeys that help teams stay on top of their customer feedback, constantly looking for new ways to help them achieve their workflows more efficiently.
• Talk to customers constantly, champion their needs and frustrations, and work with stakeholders to prioritize and ship capabilities that empower them.
• Conceptualize the future for an AI-assisted customer knowledge graph, and use your interaction design skills to bring these to life in the form of interactive prototypes and wireframes.
• Validate planned improvements and capabilities with real-world customer feedback and usability testing.

• A taste for good design; this can go beyond your immediate skills in product design.
• A keen eye for detail, someone who won’t brush a minor issue (even if it’s just a misaligned element) under the rug.

What the ideal candidate looks like

• 6-8 years of experience in building B2B SaaS applications that solve real world customer problems.
• A strong technical background, with the ability to translate complex engineering abstractions into intuitive user experiences.
• A vocal advocate of the user, experience with user research and building relationships with customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Writing is second nature to you, and you do it proactively as a way to organize your chaotic creative mind.
