Summary Generated by Built In

At Techery, we build digital products that help people and businesses grow. Right now, we're working on an AI-powered Coaching platform designed to help users achieve their goals, build better habits, and get proactive support exactly when they need it. This is your chance to shape a product that makes a real difference in people’s lives.

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about creating seamless, intuitive, and engaging experiences to craft designs that not only look great but also drive real impact. If you love designing for real users, balancing creativity with usability, and collaborating in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Design user-friendly and engaging experiences that help people build consistency, stay accountable, and achieve their goals through a proactive interface.

- Work closely with the Head of Digital, Product Owner, product team, and stakeholders to align design with business and technical needs.

- Build and maintain a scalable design system, ensuring consistency across the product while documenting design tokens and guidelines.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and refine design decisions.

- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and the product team.

- Balance long-term design strategy with short-term execution, adapting to evolving business needs.

- Ensure clear and structured communication across teams, fostering a culture of feedback and collaboration.

- Utilize AI tools where beneficial to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows.

Who You Are:

You resonate with Techery’s core values:

Empathetic: you create designs that truly understand and support users, making interactions feel natural, seamless, and empowering in their daily routines. You also extend that empathy to your colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Transparent: you communicate openly, provide and accept constructive feedback, and value collaboration.

Effective: you take ownership, meet your commitments, and focus on delivering results that matter.

Bold: you challenge assumptions, innovate, and take smart risks to push boundaries.

Passionate: you care about the impact of your work and strive for excellence in every detail.

Adaptable: you thrive in a fast-moving environment, embrace change, and continuously learn.

Inclusive: you design for a diverse range of users, ensuring accessibility and usability for all.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related role.

- Expert in Figma with strong experience in design systems, prototyping, and usability testing.

- Proven ability to build, maintain, and document design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency.

- Strong understanding of user research methods and testing to validate design decisions.

- A portfolio that demonstrates problem-solving and impact — one well-explained case study is better than multiple polished single shots for Dribbble.

- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, switching seamlessly between big-picture vision and detailed work.

- Experience collaborating with developers, POs, and business stakeholders to bring designs to life.

- Strong self-management skills, including the ability to estimate tasks, deliver on time, and take responsibility for the design process as a crucial part of the overall development workflow.

- Copywriting skills and a deep understanding of text as a core element of GUI design. Every interface tells a story, and even early drafts should feature meaningful, relevant content — not placeholders.

- English level B2 or higher.

- Experience designing for ProductivityHealth, or Lifestyle products is a strong plus. If you’ve worked on interfaces that help users stay organized, improve their well-being, or enhance everyday experiences, we’d love to see how you approached these challenges in your portfolio.

- Animation skills are a plus.

Why Join Us?

- Be part of an innovative team creating a product that helps people improve their lives.

- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your designs drive real impact.

- Collaborate with a talented, motivated team that values continuous learning and bold ideas.

- Enjoy flexible work arrangements and a culture that supports both personal and professional growth.

If you're excited about designing experiences that truly make a difference, we'd love to hear from you!

What We Do

Techery is a digital innovation software company with focus on consumer behavior and automation. Our customers are mainly non-tech companies who need to teleport their operations to 2020.

Our customers realize that the map is being changed and they need more advanced tools to execute their strategies.

Unlike many other digital companies Techery not only knows HOW to write code, but also knows WHAT to write and WHEN to write it. We are one of the few technology companies that won't ask questions like:

- "Now please tell us about your business"
- "So what do you want to build?"
- "OK, do you have requirements for the software you have in mind?"

Instead we will ask questions like:

- "So what's on your mind? You go first and then we'll share what we were thinking as well"
- "Is that true that your biggest challenge tomorrow is gonna be XXXXX?"
- "What are ready to say NO to today in order to get what you want tomorrow?"

Of course, like everyone else we have some big names up our sleeve, but there's no point in trying to impress anyone with them. However, our concept of working with large companies is different. We only work with them to deliver something truly groundbreaking that will eventually impact their entire business, like it was with Xerox and the CloudPrinting platform we had built.

We do love smaller companies more though. Better communication, less BS, straight goals, clear metrics. And that's understandable. Every big company is trying to make it look like it's small and to operate like it's small. We can help with that too.

We prefer personal meetings to endless chains of emails.
Added value to process following.
Innovation to Stagnation and Status Quo.

Reach out today and we promise we're gonna have a great time.

(and if our first meeting doesn't work out - at least we'll both enjoy our delicious dinner and interesting conversation! It's on us.)
