- Partner with cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, data scientists, and researchers—to deliver products from concept to launch.
- Create globally scalable, locally relevant, and inclusive experiences that drive business growth.
- Balance prioritization and delivery across multiple projects while driving strategic outcomes as a Design Lead.

- Able to utilize effective communication and collaboration strategies with cross-functional partners—including product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, other designers, and executives—in evolving design proposals. Experience with design and collaboration tools (e.g. Figma, Figjam and others).
- Able to consider and rationalize the technical difficulty of different designs, finding ways to test concepts as simply as possible.
- Experience building new products and conducting user research to inform MVP definition and development.
- Mastery of UX design skills required to facilitate design workshops, apply solution frameworks, create user flows, define IA, create wireframes, and create prototypes.
- Strong visual design / UI skills with experience leveraging and building upon a design system.

Nice-To-Have:
- Experience as a course instructor or teaching assistant.
