The Brand team is focused on enabling users to create videos that truly reflect who they are and what their brand stands for. We’re building tools that help our users stay on-brand, ensuring they can bring their creative vision to life. It’s a passionate team committed to quality, collaboration, and innovation, and we believe that everyone, regardless of skill level, deserves the power to produce videos that feel authentic.
About the role
- You’ll join as a Senior Product Designer within VEED.
- As a Product Designer on our Brand team, you’ll shape features that help creators produce on-brand videos, guiding them from initial research to polished execution. You’ll define key user journeys, contribute to the team’s vision, and actively participate in strategic discussions and decision-making. Collaborating closely with other teams and stakeholders across VEED, you’ll ensure a cohesive, brand-centric product experience. Drawing on a broad range of design skills—from user research and testing to UX, visual design, and data interpretation—you’ll balance user needs with business goals, ultimately empowering everyone to express their unique brand identity.
- You’ll be responsible for working through design problems from beginning to end, gathering multiple perspectives, translating insights from data and research into design solutions. Product designers at VEED take responsibility every step of the way, from problem solving through to detailed UI and visual design, working closely with engineers and product managers to build, iterate and ship ideas.
What you will do
- Drive product design within the Brand team, whilst closely collaborating with stakeholders and other product teams
- Design end-to-end experiences from ideation and co-creation to problem framing and implementation, including prototyping, user testing, and visual design
- Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces
- Contribute to the vision and strategy for VEED’s brand-experience
- Raise the bar for design at VEED and inspire other designers as well as the broader product team
- Get to know our users deeply, and empathize with their needs
- Experiment and optimize key metrics across multiple user journeys
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decision-making in a fast-paced environment
About you
- You're excited about creative tools. Ideally, you bring experience solving complex challenges and building flexible solutions in a similar space.
- You’re a great visual designer. For this role, you will work closely with our brand and product. You are able to raise the bar and push for excellence when it comes to visual design.
- You are detail-oriented. You ensure your solutions are well crafted.
- You are data-driven. You use data daily to inform your decisions.
- You are a team player. You love to collaborate with your cross-functional peers to shape and ship new ideas and concepts to millions of users.
- You are curious and have a growth mindset. You are looking for new ideas, open to feedback and happy to improve things along the way.
- You are proactive. You are comfortable looking at data, proposing and conducting research and coming up with new ideas that can drive growth.
- You have the communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts. Also instrumental is the ability to speak confidently to your own design work and convince others of your reasoning.
- You are a talented designer, with the ability to think big as well as the passion and persistence to polish the details.

Country Hiring Guidelines: At VEED we are hybrid, enabling teams and individuals to design their day and integrate work and life. We are currently hiring in 2 core hubs: the UK and the Netherlands and 2 additional hubs for sales and support roles only (USA for sales and the Philippines for support).
