Responsibilities
- Work together with Product Managers and the Lead Designer to gather requirements and come up with design solutions to solve complex user problems.
- Support design decisions with solid facts and research.
- Present ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- Take ownership of features and see features from conception through implementation.
- Adhere and enforce defined brand, UX and visual design guidelines across the product and other design material.
- Provide design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity mockups.
- Contribute to improving and maintaining the product design system, UI component library and documentations.
- Be an advocate for users and promote user centered design across the organization.
- Use analytics, user testing and research to investigate problem areas and propose improvements on the application.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a product designer or a UX designer designing applications for web and mobile.
- Experience designing products for APAC countries.
- Portfolio of your past work that showcases your process, interaction design, visual design and problem solving skills is a MUST.
- Working with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Invision and Adobe Illustrator. (We are using Figma)
- Strong visual design and problem solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
