Join Aircall as a Senior Product Designer and make a big impact in a fast-evolving, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with product managers (PMs), engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions that support Aircall’s strategy and ensure user satisfaction.
  • Conduct and actively contribute to user experience research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Be involved in project framing, from initial concepts to release, including leading workshops with key stakeholders, creating prototypes, and developing high-fidelity specifications for collaboration with tech teams.
  • Advocate for design best practices and contribute to the development of our design system.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Own the outcome of your job and keep an eye on metrics.

Team Environment:

  • Join a small, collaborative team with a mindset that values autonomy and proactivity while ensuring you are never alone.
  • The team is spread between France, Spain and the US, promoting a diverse and inclusive work culture.
  • Sharing and collaboration are key within the team, encouraging open communication and teamwork to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Impact the product not only by designing features, but also in-app communication, copy, marketing.

Team Objective:

  • Transform technically complex products into easy-to-use tools for everyday use.
  • Work on complex user journeys considering diverse profiles including team managers, agents, sales representatives, and their clients, supporting the business of SMBs.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience conducting and contributing to user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into compelling design solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
