As a Senior Product Designer on our design team, you will be part of the CRM product squad. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface of our CRM solutions, often balancing competing goals of fidelity, release velocity, delight, and developer bandwidth. 

You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs that exceed customer expectations and drive business success. Our goal is to enable you to do the best design work of your career by providing agency as a designer to make critical product decisions.
What you get to do:

  • Own the end-to-end design process for the CRM Squad while collaborating closely with product managers and engineers
  • Work in an iterative design process: initiating UX research, prototyping, usability testing, incorporating internal+external feedback, and evaluating metrics when available.
  • Apply strategic thinking to product features, ensuring your design solutions align with company goals
  • Contribute to the design team’s culture through design jams, critiques, retrospectives and cross-squad initiatives–helping us all grow as designers
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather insights to incorporate into your design solutions
  • Advocate for our users. We are customer-obsessed and every decision is made with our customers in mind 
  • Join a highly-skilled team of product designers that truly look out for one another, support each other, and help each grow their design skillset 

What you bring to the role:

  • 4+ years of experience in supporting full product life cycles
  • Ability to break down complex problems to create intuitive, delightful solutions
  • Experience in driving user research studies, often via customer interviews or usability tests
  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and advocate for your perspective
  • Ability to consider multiple perspectives from stakeholders while weighing trade-offs that impact the user experience
  • Expertise in Figma
  • Growth mindset. You continually seek opportunities to improve processes, tools and techniques

Bonus Points:

  • Experience designing for CRM or related software
  • History of designing in fast-paced startup environments
  • Experience utilizing and contributing to design systems
  • You’re not afraid to take risks and lead by vocalizing support for innovative solutions that may not always be immediately obvious to stakeholders
