What You'll Bring:

7+ years’ experience in Data Analytics, Fraud Analytics, Product Management, or related fields.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field required; certifications in fraud detection or cybersecurity preferred. A Master’s degree in Business Administration is also preferred.

Experience in leading fraud detection and prevention projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

In-depth knowledge of fraud detection techniques, machine learning, data analytics, and industry standards/regulations related to fraud prevention.

Strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Proven ability to analyze complex data, develop and maintain product roadmaps, and manage product backlogs.

Additional qualifications: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Impact You'll Make:
This role will act as a key Senior Consultant of the Global Fraud Analytics team and is responsible for leading fraud detection and prevention efforts, analyzing data, understanding markets, understanding competitors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver fraud analytics products. This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across data science, engineering, and business groups. The Senior Product Consultant will have the opportunity to lead major projects such as developing new fraud detection algorithms and enhancing existing fraud prevention systems.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Lead collaboration with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

Oversee the development and maintenance of a comprehensive product roadmap, driving alignment with long-term business goals.

Strategically prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring the timely delivery of high-impact features and enhancements.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in fraud detection and prevention.

Provide leadership and guidance to data scientists and engineers in the design, development, and implementation of advanced fraud analytics solutions.

Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Ensure rigorous compliance with industry standards and regulations related to fraud detection and prevention, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and security.
