We are looking for an inquisitive, detail-oriented individual with deep knowledge of product analytics to join our Security team as a Senior Product Analyst. In this position, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end data process, including designing data models and events, building metrics and KPIs, initiating analysis, and implementing processes and project management. You will drive data culture and work closely with various departments across the organization.

As a Senior Product Analyst at JFrog you will…

  • Design and implement data models and events: Create and maintain robust data models that accurately capture essential metrics and KPIs
  • Collaborate on metrics and KPIs: Work with stakeholders across the organization to define and build key performance indicators and main product metrics
  • Develop and maintain dashboards: Use Tableau to create comprehensive dashboards that provide scalable insights and monitoring of key metrics
  • Build semantic layer tables: Develop semantic layer tables using business logic to facilitate smooth and efficient data analysis
  • Conduct deep data analysis: Perform complex data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive product and business decisions
  • Evaluate product performance: Continuously assess the performance of existing products and features, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Interact with product managers, UI/UX designers, R&D, sales, solution engineers, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure data-driven decision-making
  • Communicate findings effectively: Present analytical results and business recommendations to multiple stakeholders using clear visual displays of quantitative information
  • Drive data culture: Implement processes and project management strategies to promote data literacy and a data-driven culture across the organization
  • Build and optimize data pipelines: Work with diverse data sources to build efficient data pipelines that ensure data accessibility and reliability. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize and automate ETL processes
  • End-to-end data care: Manage the entire data lifecycle from data generation and collection to analysis and presentation

To be a Product Analyst in JFrog you need…

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst/ Data Analyst/ Business Analyst
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Social Sciences
  • Knowledge in end-to-end data pipelines, ETL processes and integrations
  • Skilled in designing events and data modeling
  • High proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, building tables, and creating business logic from scratch
  • Experience with Tableau for data visualization
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Skilled in designing and building KPIs and metrics from the ground up
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders from the Product organization
  • Track record of leading data projects and initiatives
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Heap, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Appcues, etc.
  • Competence in designing and executing A/B tests and performing statistical analysis
  • Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor
  • Knowledge of Python is a plus
  • Strong initiative and critical thinking skills for leading projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective presentation skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
