14 Senior Procurement Manager
Dorking Hybrid – 2 days in the office

What will you bring?

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead and evolve our sourcing operations. In this role, you will manage a team of three, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and our US Sourcing team to deliver effective procurement solutions.


Key responsibilities include leading and managing the procurement team while fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. You will develop and implement supplier selection criteria in partnership with cross-functional teams, conduct price negotiations with suppliers to ensure the best value, and support ongoing supplier management to ensure consistent quality, compliance. Additionally, you will provide support in the execution of third-party risk management.


The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, decision-making, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of delivering tangible results. You must be able to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal stakeholders and have experience in building cross-functional relationships and influencing key decision-makers. You will have the skills and experience in managing a team in achieving high performance. Preferred qualifications include CIPS membership (Procurement Member level) or a relevant business qualification (DMS, MBA, etc.). Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is desirable.
