About the Job:
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Manager (m/f/d) to join one of our clients and lead its Operations strategies. In your day to day work, you’ll focus on streamlining procurement processes and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of advanced technologies. You’ll have the chance to build a robust function that bridges both finance and procurement, working at a cutting-edge dual-use technology company that develops autonomous unmanned ground systems. In this role, you’ll:
- Build and scale finance and procurement function in a rapidly growing hardware-software company.
- Own financial planning, forecasting, liquidity management, and budget control.
- Develop KPI-driven reporting across product sales, R&D contracts, and software business.
- Prepare board/investor reports, manage fundraising rounds and due diligence processes.
- Oversee compliance, tax, audits, transfer pricing, and public funding structures.
- Partner with legal, operations, and international teams (Germany, Ukraine, UK) on organization-wide financial and procurement strategy.
- Lead the integration of financial systems (ERP, BI tools) to support scale and transparency.
Your profile:
- 5+ years of procurement experience in defense, aerospace, automotive, or electronics
- Proven ability to build supplier networks and negotiate under pressure
- Strong commercial mindset combined with operational grit
- Comfortable working in a startup-paced, cross-border environment
- Experience with EU tender law, dual-use goods, and military supply chains is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a drive to deliver
