About the Role
As a Procurement Analyst, you’ll play a hands-on role in managing and optimizing international procurement processes. You will work on high-impact projects while ensuring the best practices are applied across all purchasing activities to support the team's goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage international procurement operations and processes.
- Analyze purchasing strategies to maximize cost savings and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiations with a focus on quality and value.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and international regulations.
- Provide insights and promote best practices for optimizing procurement strategies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in procurement, with a focus on international purchasing.
- Proficiency in procurement systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Strong hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in fast-paced industries is preferred.
