WHAT WE'D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

We’re looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager to lead Growth for Zalando Plus. You’ll be at the forefront of our loyalty journey, building and executing the strategy to expand the reach and impact of the program. You’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Product for Zalando Plus and other senior stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that attract new members and increase engagement.

As a key driver of Zalando Plus’s growth, you will:

  • Develop and execute the Zalando Plus growth vision and strategy, working across functions to implement initiatives that scale the program and deliver against ambitious targets.

  • Champion member acquisition by identifying customer segments and designing compelling onboarding and incentive strategies.

  • Own the end-to-end growth funnel, analyzing data to understand member behavior, identifying opportunities, and ensuring we deliver measurable results.

  • Balance short-term tactical wins with long-term strategic initiatives, focusing on sustainable member growth that aligns with Zalando’s broader goals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, commercial, and analytics teams to create scalable, impactful solutions.

WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

  • You are an experienced product leader with 7+ years in product management, including a strong focus on growth strategies and customer acquisition.

  • You have a proven track record of developing and executing customer-focused product strategies, ideally in highly competitive or complex technical environments.

  • You’re a data-driven problem solver with expertise in analytical tools and frameworks to drive decision-making and measure success.

  • You have a strong understanding of growth metrics and tactics, including funnel optimization, user acquisition, and engagement.

  • You’re an excellent collaborator and storyteller, capable of uniting cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders with clear narratives and compelling communication.

  • You thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to think strategically while delivering results tactically.
