Senior Principal Process Improvement Consultant - RemoteJob Description
The Senior Principal Process Improvement Consultant is responsible for partnering with subject matter experts and executive leadership to deliver innovative solutions that advance and achieve Prime’s highest strategic priorities. This role involves highly complex and time sensitive decision making on strategic direction, is client facing as a lead strategic liaison between the business and enterprise partners, and is accountable for determining and executing both strategic PBM solutions and strategic process improvement priorities and deliverables, ensuring all business and contractual requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution for multiple strategic initiatives in partnership with Operations and/or IT Leadership; manage the expectations of the enterprise to the strategic vision of the product
- Collaborate and build consensus with executive leadership regarding product strategy and solution portfolio
- Create detailed capability roadmaps timelines, features, and user stories
- Maintain a strong understanding of the organization to develop recommendations and drive decision making on enterprise strategies and product needs
- Understand and anticipate customer and market needs by applying design thinking tools and leading concept ideation, design, early state feasibility assessment and financial analysis; develop client or employer value story product launch plan in concert with other thought leaders across the enterprise
- Create and deliver internal stakeholder, client and executive level trainings and presentations
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
- 10 years of related work experience in process improvement, business analysis or leading business processes
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels within an organization
- Demonstrated ownership of complex, timely decisions
- Proven ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical people
Preferred Qualifications
- Six Sigma
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related area of study
- PBM/health care experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams aligned to a strategic priority,
- Experience driving process optimization, improving efficiencies or reducing operating costs
- Experience leading change efforts

Reporting Structure
- Reports to AVP in the Strategic Solutions department
Potential pay for this position ranges from $124,000.00 - $211,000.00 based on experience and skills.
