What challenge awaits you? 

As the Senior Pricing & Monetization Analyst, you will be the right-hand person to the Head of Pricing & Packaging, playing a pivotal role in shaping the commercial strategy of Bloomreach. This US-based remote role is an excellent opportunity to transition from top-tier consulting (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, etc.) into a high-impact role where your insights and leadership will directly influence business outcomes. 

You’ll take ownership of strategic pricing initiatives, monitor key pricing metrics, and deliver actionable insights that drive business growth. The ideal candidate is looking to take full results ownership in a fast paced environment by putting your hard earned consulting skillset to use in a scale-up environment. This role involves significant cross-functional collaboration, working closely with Deal Desk, Finance, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align commercial strategies with Bloomreach’s broader goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead strategic pricing initiatives: Design and implement pricing, packaging, and discounting strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and refine price quality: Develop and track KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and identify areas for optimization.
  • Support deal execution: Provide analytical insights to optimize deal structure, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
  •  Conduct competitive market analysis: Monitor competitors and market trends to identify opportunities for us to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Develop pricing enablement tools: Create and maintain pricing collateral, tools, and frameworks to support Sales, Finance, and Customer Success teams.
  •  Shape new product monetization: Devise commercial strategy for new product launches, from value research to SKU deployment.

You have the following experience and qualities:

  • Consulting expertise: 2+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm, with demonstrated success in analytical problem-solving and project execution.
  • Strategic mindset: Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Commercial aptitude: A passion for commercial strategy, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making. Prior experience in pricing or monetization is a plus but not required.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools; familiarity with tools like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous.
  • Collaborative approach: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proven track-record of working across cross-functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Self-starter mentality: Highly organized, scrappy, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$125,000, plus bonus and RSU's. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
