We’re C.H. Robinson, one of the world’s largest logistics platforms and we're looking for a Senior Pricing Coordinator.
The Senior Pricing Coordinator handles complex pricing requests and inputs customer pricing and commitments into C.H. Robinson's systems. They master the pricing process and guide Account teams on its implementation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and adept at working in a fast-paced environment to quickly resolve pricing issues. Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following

Coordinate, complete, and respond to complex pricing commitment requests in accordance with assigned due dates or service level agreements for new and existing customers

Ensure compliance with operational tools prior to pricing committed business

Provide notes on complex pricing activity logging how the pricing was compiled to effectively communicate that information to relevant operations staff upon award

Partner to run low complexity bids and proposal pricing

Understand pricing processes and responsible for coaching Account Teams

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements in the quality of pricing activities and trends that lead to more favourable win ratios

Maintain a strong understanding of all C.H. Robinson pricing tools & internal systems to leverage process efficiency and quality

Communicate and develop rapport with stakeholders at C.H.Robinson network offices in order to have the most up-to-date pricing for accessorial charges and/or market fluctuations

Troubleshoot issues and reporting for their areas of accountability

Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or Graduate degree or equivalent
-
Minimum of 2 years of pricing data management, analytics, pricing processes management.
