We are currently seeking a new Senior Pricing Analyst to join our Monetization Team. This role is available to candidates across Canada in one of our hub locations which includes Burnaby, Calgary and Toronto.

The Monetization team leads Clio’s global pricing and packaging strategy, including pricing and packaging initiatives for new products, plans, customer segments and regional packages. This is a highly strategic team contributing to Clio’s success in a highly cross functional role working across nearly all functions at Clio.
As we expand beyond our core offerings, we’re looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst with deep experience in multi-product pricing, bundling strategies, and research-driven pricing evolution. This role will work closely with Business Operations, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Operations to refine and scale our global pricing & packaging strategy.
What you'll work on:Lead Pricing Research, Testing & Competitive Analysis

Develop and execute pricing research programs, including customer segmentation, price elasticity testing, conjoint analysis, and A/B pricing experiments.

Analyze competitive pricing models and evolving market trends to inform pricing decisions and Clio’s roadmap evolution.

Develop research and testing framework(s) that will assist in understanding share of wallet, multiple product adoption barriers and accelerators, appropriate discounting practices and other considerations

Run customer interviews, surveys, and data modeling to quantify customer willingness-to-pay (WTP) and optimize pricing recommendations.

Develop testing frameworks and execute them alongside the Core Pricing team to validate pricing and packaging strategy and enablement from pricing page positioning to internal enablement tooling
Support Global Multi-Product Pricing and Packaging Strategy

Develop recommendations for new multi-product packages and bundles based on understanding of customer and segment composition, share of wallet, using research and testing framework(s) to validate recommendations

Develop recommendations for multi-product bundling and tiering strategies to increase ARPU and drive expansion revenue, using research and testing framework(s) to validate recommendations prior to public market launch

Develop recommendations for charge models (e.g. per user, usage based) across Clio’s multi-product packages and bundles based on research and testing validation methodologies as well as market benchmarks

Scale Clio’s understanding beyond our North America market to include International portfolios along with emerging markets
Partner with Cross-Functional Teams to Operationalize Pricing

Partner with Product & Engineering to support pricing experiments, usage-based pricing evolution, and feature-bundling models

Partner with Business Operations to build repeatable, scalable pricing research programs
Skills we are looking for:

7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS pricing strategy, pricing analytics, monetization, or management consulting
-
3+ years of experience working cross functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering and other departments to operationalize programs

2+ years of experience in multi-product bundling & packaging strategies, ideally at a mid-to-late-stage SaaS company scaling revenue growth

Deep expertise in pricing research methodologies, including conjoint analysis, price elasticity modeling, and A/B testing
-
Strong data modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools (Tableau, Looker, etc.) to inform pricing insights

The full salary range* for this role is $119,000 to $140,000 to $161,000 CAD.Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
