As a Senior PPC Specialist, you’ll have a direct impact on CloudTalk’s growth by optimizing our paid campaigns and driving ROI. Managing a $2.5M+ yearly budget, you’ll create strategies that not only elevate campaign performance but also pave the way for CloudTalk to become the #1 AI business communication solution.

What You’ll Work On

  • Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and other ad networks.
  • Monitor and adjust keyword bids, budgets, targeting, and other key metrics to ensure maximum performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and innovative solutions.
  • Continuously monitor search terms, manage budgets, and optimize negative keyword lists to reduce wasted spend.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and optimize creative assets, targeting, and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, applying the latest best practices to drive campaign success.
  • Report on performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Proven Experience: 4+ years of experience creating/managing/executing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn…). Having experience with SaaS is a plus.
  • Technical Expertise: Familiarity with GA4, lead tracking management, and goal/conversion creation.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong understanding of data, A/B testing, metrics, and performance evaluation.
  • Project Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven Success: Track record of managing budgets of $40K+/month and delivering high-performing PPC campaigns.
  • Strategic Thinker: Innovative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and eagerness to make a measurable impact.
