Role & Responsibilities:

Perform resource planning and allocation

Internal talent pool and bench management

Internal resource demand-supply management

Assigning people to projects based on their skills, previous experience, availability & project requirements.

Create and deliver reports on bench, utilization, allocation, roll-off metrics

Drive resource management processes

Collaborate on resource Management with Internal departments

Plan and execute processes around demand forecasting, campus deployments & Engagement.

Partner and build relationships with business leaders to drive efficient resource allocation.
