Ther Gen AI driven chatbot platform solution consists of CoPilot Studio in Power Platform, Azure and AWS native services. The customer facing chatbot utilises both Deterministic AI and Gen AI to provide support to your digital customers.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Platform Engineer with strong Site Reliability Engineering expertise to design, implement, and maintain our cloud infrastructure across Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and AWS environments. This role will be instrumental in driving our cloud strategy, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability of our platform services, while maintaining high reliability and
To be successful in this role, some of the broad roles and responsibilities may include:
Platform Engineering
-
Lead the architecture and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Design and maintain cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS platforms
-
Develop and implement automation strategies for infrastructure deployment and management.
-
Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cross-platform deployments
-
Establish best practices for cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization
Site Reliability Engineering
-
Define and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
-
Implement and maintain observability solutions across all platforms (metrics, logging, tracing)
-
Design and implement automated alerting and incident response systems
-
Conduct capacity planning and performance optimization
-
Lead post-incident reviews and implement systematic improvements
-
Develop and maintain runbooks and playbooks for operational procedures
-
Implement chaos engineering practices to improve system resilience
-
Automate routine operations and maintenance tasks

Design and implement disaster recovery and business continuity solutions.
We’re interested in hearing from people who possess the following Tech skill:

Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Power Platform, Azure (Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure AD, etc.), AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc.)

Knowledge of API design and implementation
