Role mission:

You will own the path to production. From the moment a developer runs git push to the moment the change reaches the production environment, you and your teammates will be in charge. You will ensure that the tools our engineers need are intuitive and enjoyable to use, that our systems remain highly available, and that our pipelines are stable and resilient. Wherever automation is possible, you will make it happen. You will be a platform engineer.

Your Challenge

• You will shape the way we deploy dozens of components across hundreds of environments—from standardizing CI pipelines to defining quality gate standards. Currently, we leverage GitOps via ArgoCD.
• We are developing a local Kubernetes-based solution that brings a production-like environment closer to engineers across multiple functional teams. You will influence how engineers work and develop on a daily basis.
• We rely on core components of our Internal Development Platform, operating GitLab (hundreds of projects), Artifactory (terabytes of data), and Harbor (thousands of artifacts) at scale. You will help us keep these systems running efficiently and establish governance practices.
