Senior Platform Engineer - IAM

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer with 5 to 6 Years of experience in Azure, DevOps practices, and hybrid cloud environments capable of delivering enterprise solutions for internal use. Technically, you will be comfortable working using Agile methodologies in a Scrumban/SAFe environment, and have proven experience designing, building and managing Cloud-native IAM solutions. 
The ideal candidate should be  proficient in Azure Arc, Hyper-V, PowerShell scripting, Active Directory, Azure Active  Directory,  and  fundamental  security  and  networking.  This  role  is  key  to  automating  and  optimizing  our 
infrastructure for performance and cost.
Key responsibilities:
• Azure Arc & Cloud Management: Deploy and manage Azure Arc across on-premises, multi-cloud, and edge environments.
• Hyper-V & Virtualization: Set up and maintain Hyper-V environments to ensure resource efficiency and availability.
• Automation & Scripting: Automate tasks with PowerShell for configuration, deployment, and compliance.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
• Active Directory & Azure AD: Manage, Engineer, and troubleshoot Active Directory, bastion forest, including Tier 0 infrastructure and Azure AD for identity and access control.
• Security & Networking: Apply security best practices and troubleshoot basic networking in hybrid environments.
 
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Azure Arc, Google Cloud, and cloud-based scaling and management.
• Proficiency with DevOps practices and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
• Solid skills in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Basic understanding of security practices and networking concepts (DNS, VPN, etc.).
 

Preferred Qualifications:
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with additional automation and DevOps tools.
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
