Position Overview
The Senior Pipeline Marketing Manager will be responsible for strategy and execution of downstream multi-channel tactics to support market shaping and/or initial launch of Pipeline products. This includes conference strategy, digital medical education, key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, and scientific/clinical content and messaging development. The Senior Pipeline Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with other members of the Pipeline Marketing team, Medical Affairs, Product Management, Research and Development, Clinical Laboratory, and other key stakeholders across the organization.
Essential Duties
Include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop and execute the marketing plan for commercial readiness of pipeline products.
- Drive execution of tactical initiatives to support the launch of Pipeline products in their initial phases.
- Work cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Product Management, Clinical Laboratory, and other key stakeholders to develop educational content to support providers and patients and to help drive awareness of solutions.
- Develop medical conference/congress strategy and work in collaboration with congress lead to ensure seamless execution of defined tactics at regional and national congresses.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs and other key stakeholders to develop the medical education strategy for new pipeline products and lead tactical execution of content development, webinars, and medical industry forums.
- Support KOL engagement and medical advisory board execution.
- Lead digital marketing efforts for pipeline products.
- Develop sales enablement tools and training content to support pipeline field team for launch readiness.
- Create messaging, positioning, and marketing content for patient and provider segments.
- Promote an open, collaborative environment built on trust to foster positive teamwork.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams of cross-functional resources in a matrixed organization with competing priorities, with or without direct authority or reporting relationships.
- Ability to manage and prioritize strategies, initiatives, and workload proactively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to communicate complex clinical information effectively with medical professionals, field-based teams, and external agency partners.
- Ability to understand, process, and distill complex clinical information for use in provider and patient education.
- Exceptional project management skills; including coordination, communication, and adherence to budget and completion goals, prioritization, and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Strong marketing/business acumen and ability to process complex clinical information.

- Ability to travel 25% of working time away from work location; may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life science, marketing, business, or related field.
- 8+ years of commercial experience (e.g., marketing, sales, new product planning, reimbursement, etc.) working closely with KOLs and/or in the field.
- Experience working with clinical and scientific KOLs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced skills in PowerPoint.
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or MS in life science, marketing, business, or related field of study.
- 10+ years of commercial experience (e.g., marketing, sales, new product planning, product management, etc.) working closely with KOLs and/or in the field.
- Diagnostic marketing and/or sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to present to and influence senior leadership (i.e., VP level and above).

Salary Range:
$129,000.00 - $208,000.00
The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
