As a People Analyst, you will have a unique opportunity to support AppsFlyer through the art and science of People and Data.
This role combines strong analytical skills and technical savvy to support AppsFlyer in making data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do
- Design and develop BI dashboards for various business partners and leaders
- Collaborate with the recruiting team, our people operations team, finance and HR managers to understand operational and people-related processes
- Structure, report and monitor data to drive process insights and improvements
- Train and educate stakeholders on data metrics and dashboards
- Provide ad-hoc or special project data analysis to business leaders that enable them to achieve their goals, drive decision making and create new strategies where necessary
- Work with data engineers and BI developers to connect and load data, and support day-to-day systems and interfaces to resolve data issues related to existing solutions
What You Have
- 5+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis
- Strong experience with SQL and working with analytical databases
- Experience with Looker/ PowerBI/ Tableau or other data visualization tool
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and actionable insights to a range of stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Statistics/ Math/ Computer Science or equivalent
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
Bonus Points:
- Experience in People Analytics/ HR industry
- Working with multiple data sources and building ETL Processes
- Experience with Python
