Job Description
Job Summary: The Senior HR Generalist will be a key player in supporting and implementing HR initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals. This role requires a versatile HR professional with a broad knowledge base covering multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing and resolving HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and communications.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Handle employee relations matters, conducting investigations and resolving issues in a fair and consistent manner.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate ongoing employee training and development programs.
- Manage HR records and maintain employee data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance overall HR service delivery and employee experience.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of [5-7] years of HR generalist experience.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Excellent English skills
