Veeam is hiring a Sr. Partner Solution Architect to drive technical engagements and solutions development with our Global System Integrator (GSI) partners in US. In this position reporting to our Global Technical Director, you will be at the forefront of enabling GSIs to architect and deploy world-class data resilience solutions, leveraging Veeam’s industry-leading software and aaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Enablement and Advocacy:
- Act as a technical expert for GSIs, providing in-depth knowledge of Veeam solutions and their integration into enterprise architectures.
- Deliver training sessions, technical workshops, and solution demonstrations to empower GSI technical teams.
Solution Architecture and Design:
- Collaborate with GSIs to respond to RFPs, co-design and validate architectures tailored to specific customer needs across hybrid, multi-cloud, and on-premises environments.
- Lead the development of reference architectures and proof-of-concept deployments.
Strategic Technical Alignment:
- Align Veeam technologies with GSI business models and go-to-market strategies to maximize joint opportunities.
- Work closely with Veeam’s sales and technical teams to support GSI-driven projects from conception to closure.
Customer Success Enablement:
- Provide guidance on best practices for Veeam deployment and management, ensuring successful customer outcomes.
- Assist GSIs in optimizing their service offerings around Veeam solutions, focusing on innovation and value delivery.
Market Intelligence and Thought Leadership:
- Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and opportunities impacting GSIs and their customers.
- Represent Veeam at conferences, webinars, and other industry events, showcasing technical excellence.
Required Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 8 years of technical experience in the IT industry, with a focus on cloud, backup, disaster recovery, or data management solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with GSIs or large technology partners, with a proven ability to influence and deliver results.
- Strong technical knowledge of Veeam solutions, public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and hybrid cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical information to varied audiences.
- Hands-on experience in architecting and deploying enterprise-scale solutions.
- Prior engagement inside a GSI and navigating the organization working with Pre-Sales, Delivery Teams, Solution Architects understanding the best practices of influencing the GSI to include Veeam’s technology
- Experience working with one or more GSIs is required (example – Accenture, TCS, Wipro, Capgemini)
- Travel up to 30% required
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry certifications in Veeam (VMCE, VMCA) or cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
- Knowledge of AI-driven threat detection, ransomware recovery, and Zero Trust architectures.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and modern containerized environments.
- Experience working with APIs and scripting languages such as PowerShell is a plus.
- Worked at GSI as a solutions architect and fully understand how they go to market with technologies like Veeam

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$192,900—$275,500 USD
