📐 About this role
We are seeking a strategic Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our growing team and help build the leading ecosystem in enterprise generative AI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the overall marketing strategy with partners, developing and executing a portfolio of co-marketing programs – including integrated campaigns, events, webinars, and thought leadership – that result in measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will have a knack for driving alignment across teams and building relationships with key stakeholders across Writer and our partners’ organizations.

🦸🏻‍♀️ Your responsibilities

  1. Partner development:

    • Collaborate with the Head of Partner Marketing to develop and implement partner marketing strategies that align with Writer’s business objectives

    • Work with the partnerships team to create and deliver a portfolio of partner programs that drive GTM alignment, including newsletters, webinars, and in-person events

  2. Co-marketing campaign management:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize co-marketing campaigns, including webinars, events, content marketing, and digital advertising

    • Recruit and manage partner participation in Writer-led marketing initiatives, including role definition, briefings, and partner preparation

    • Manage campaign budgets and track performance metrics to ensure ROI

  3. Event management:

    • Coordinate and execute co-hosted events, both virtual and in-person, to drive engagement and lead generation

    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee communication

  4. Content Creation:

    • Develop compelling co-branded content, such as case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, and sales enablement materials

    • Ensure all content aligns with Writer's brand voice and messaging

  5. Relationship Building:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment on marketing goals and strategies

    • Act as the primary point of contact for partner marketing initiatives, fostering open communication and collaboration

  6. Performance Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives

    • Prepare and present regular reports on partner marketing activities and results to key stakeholders, both internal and external

  • Proven experience in partner marketing, campaign strategy, and events, with a track record of successful execution

  • Minimum 7 years experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech or SaaS industries

  • Strong understanding of the Enterprise market and the buyer’s journey

  • Excellent communication skills, capable engaging audiences and articulating complex concepts clearly

  • Expert project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach

  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for marketing and a keen interest in the power of partnerships
